The Waldinger Corporation – a mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal fabricator-relocated their Wichita offices to a new facility. To meet the growing needs of the company, GLMV completed designs for the 29,000 SF facility, which includes both office and fabrication spaces, with several elements to allow for flexibility.
Flexible spaces that can be easily reconfigured to accommodate future growth include a large conference room, training room, open lobby, and several offices. Features within the shop area include overhead doors, loading docks, and a bridge crane. Construction for the renovation was completed in 2020. GLMV provided architecture, civil engineering, cost estimating, interior design, landscape architecture, and project management to the project.
