When Starbucks looked to add a location to Wichita State University’s Innovation Campus Braeburn Square in Wichita, KS, they came to GLMV for design services. Coffee lovers both on and off campus at Wichita State University enjoy a 2,000-square-foot Starbucks which opened in March 2017.
The highly-sought-after coffee shop is located off the new pedestrian mall on the Innovation Campus, includes a large plaza and is adjacent to the Marcus Welcome Center where prospective students and parents gather for tours. In addition, a drive-thru window should be a huge draw for the greater Wichita community.

This design-build project is for a new Hyatt Hotel to be located on the Innovation Campus at Wichita State University. Potential students and visitors who stay are within walking distance of the University’s landmarks including Koch Arena, Eck Stadium and Campus Housing.
A peaceful mountain retreat for guests and their canines awaits at Lazy Dog restaurants. GLMV is currently working with Lazy Dog to design and develop several projects for this nationwide chain, which allows guests to dine with their canine friends on an extensive outdoor patio.
