South Central Mental Health Clinic

This 10,000-square-foot, single-story building consolidates multiple Andover office locations into one facility in order to meet South Central Mental Health’s growing client and service needs. The new space provides an upgraded security, allows for separation of different client types, solves sound attenuation issues, and provides additional rooms for large groups.

Project Details

TESSERE worked to include an effective circulation pattern for the entire facility. The building footprint provides economical solution to allow separation of clients while streamlining staffing requirements, providing
maximum patient privacy and staff safety. Site improvements for parking, handicap stalls and access points from the North road are also included. . Construction was completed in 2020. TESSERE provided architecture, civil engineering, cost estimating, interior design, landscape architecture, and project management to the project.
