GLMV Architecture’s Zoo Division and the IUCN Species Survival Commission have partnered to facilitate conservation impact workshops that provide any size organization with a foundation for operationalizing their own pragmatic, compelling, and impactful conservation efforts. These workshops support organizations in establishing an understanding of existing conservation programs and in prioritizing, organizing, and measuring initiatives. At the conclusion of the workshop, organizations have clarity of purpose and an articulated strategy to deliver on their conservation mission.
