We designed this town center-style facility to meet both concerns by providing first-class amenities and encouraging sustainability through natural lighting and eco-friendly building materials.

 

Project Details

TESSERE designed this two-story assisted living and memory care facility in Wichita, Kansas to contain approximately 60 units. The 67,475-square-foot facility includes a combination of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and efficiency units. The facility features a post office, bistro, hair salon and other conveniences that allow independent living in a community environment.
