Clinton Fire Station

Clinton, OK

The only fire station in Clinton, Oklahoma was originally built in 1939 as a WPA project and had served the community for decades. However, the historic two-bay facility could no longer meet modern operational needs, and many vehicles and equipment were being stored off-site. After the community voted to construct a new facility, TESSERE designed a state-of-the-art, six-bay station to bring all fire department needs together under one roof.

TESSERE designed a 19,000-square-foot fire station for maximum flexibility. The building features six bays capable of housing up to 14 fire department vehicles, along with sleeping quarters for up to 12 firefighters. Additional spaces include administrative offices, a dayroom, exercise room, kitchen and dining area, a dedicated vehicle wash bay, and a hose-drying tower.
