TESSERE provided overall design management and designer of record services for full architectural, construction administration, sustainability, and interior and landscape disciplines for this design-build project which renovated Building 28000 to accommodate the 1st Cavalry Division Headquarters and Command Operations at Fort Hood.
Project Details
