GLMV assisted WaterWalk in developing conceptual layouts, renderings, and construction documents for the renovation of an existing lobby, lounge, and reception area. The design improved overall guest experience by providing enhancements and amenities throughout for all members.
An updated and inviting reception desk allows members to check in and begin enjoying an open
lobby experience that includes a business and media center to keep the busy traveler connected during
their stay. With several seating options and community table available, members can also enjoy a gaming
experience, complimentary coffee station, and gold members have exclusive access to an advanced beer
tap station with up to four different selections. The lobby renovation includes updated power and USB
charging stations that can be used while seated or enjoying the many amenities offered within the space.
