This mixed-use development, located in Lee’s Summit Downtown area is a public-private partnership and is anticipated to include a Farmers Market and an enclosed Community Gathering Space. It will also feature public plazas, new streetscapes, and extensive outdoor public space for festivals, performances, and community gatherings. These public project components will be complemented by private development projects that are anticipated to include multi-family housing, restaurant/retail destinations, and a boutique hotel.

The proposed design capitalizes on the historic fabric of downtown Lee’s Summit and the strong presence and character of neighboring City Hall. Each component of the project has been situated in a way to create a highly desirable, pedestrian friendly, energetic, walkable environment that extends downtown by one city block. It incorporates greenspace, plazas, fountains, and shared spaces where community can gather and celebrate Lee’s Summit and all it has to offer.
