Kiowa County Business Incubator Building, Greensburg, Kansas -- This facility is the first new building to be constructed in downtown Greensburg after a May, 2007 tornado demolished nearly ninety percent of the city. The 9,850-square-foot building will provide opportunities for small businesses to start and to grow. The first floor contains retail space; the second level houses offices and a conference room. Designed in collaboration with BNIM Architects of Kansas City, the facility is designed to be LEED Platinum Level.
