Greensburg Public Works




Greensburg Public Works Facility is pending LEED Gold Certification. The main building, containing 5,200 square feet, includes two maintenance bays, a crane bay, a mechanics’ bay, and a wash bay. An administrative area is also included. A separate 6,000-square-foot storage structure was designed to house vehicles and equipment. The building is constructed of insulated precast concrete panels for energy efficiency and durability and utilizes ground-coupled heat pumps for heating and cooling.
