FY09 Barracks – Fort Riley, KS




The design-build project is to provide Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) facilities and road improvements. The number of single personnel to be housed is 156 soldiers total, housed in one 3-story barracks building. The building will have a gross area of 19,036 square feet per floor for a total of 57,108 square feet total gross area. The project was designed to meet a minimum level of LEED Silver and was certified Gold.
