The Access Control Points provide the first defense security screening of the incoming public visitors, service providers, and military personnel to Fort Leonard Wood. This project upgraded the existing Access Control Facilities, including a new 11,000-square-foot visitors center, administration building and two parking lots; new main entry canopy, with 10 guard booth locations; new guard monitoring building; physical barriers to prevent vehicles from circumventing security and more.
