This new facility serves as the social, recreational and entertainment center for McConnell Air Force Base. More than 126,000 square feet in size, the design for this single-story structure was developed from a shopping mall concept, anchored by multiple activity areas. The community mall clearly creates a synergy for the many varied and unique services, while uniting function with design in a manner that is aesthetically pleasing, inviting and exciting.
