The new Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility is a 105,000-square-foot facility constructed with a connection to the existing Catholic Care Center. The Memory Care Facility consists of 40 private rooms, each with individual bathrooms. Rooms are arranged in “neighborhoods” consisting of 10 private rooms. Each neighborhood has a dining room, serving kitchen, multipurpose area, assisted bathing room and a clean room with residential laundry equipment. Central to the Memory Care Facility is the “town,” which consists of offices, activity rooms, private dining room, living room and ice cream parlor.
