The Cedars Courts Assisted Living Facility -- The Cedars Courts is a 3-story, 56,000-square-foot facility constructed as part of Phase 1 of the master plan for The Cedars. There are 50 apartments consisting of studios, one- bedroom and one-bedroom deluxe living units. The apartments are arranged using the “neighborhood” concept, where residents have access to activity areas directly outside their living unit. This provides for more informal social opportunities with adjacent neighbors and further emphasizes the residential character of the building.
