For this international food service provider, GLMV provides architectural and food service design for colleges and universities, including student unions and resident dining areas. A representative list of projects includes: Oral Roberts University (Tulsa), University of North Texas, University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, Portland State University, Wichita State University, University of Nevada Las Vegas, Missouri State University, University of Alaska, Pepperdine University, California State at Monterey Bay, and others. GLMV also developed a modular design concept for Sodexo’s Student Housing Dining Services division.
