A comfortable familiarity defines this 48,000-square-foot office building, which is the focal point of a potential five-building complex. The design reflects the architecture of the neighboring residential areas and school, as well as older residential structures located in east Wichita. This masonry, geometric building form with copper roof and cast-stone coping was intentionally superimposed into an irregular landscape, recalling imagery common to English country manors.
