This state-of-the-art building is a combination two-level office and high bay warehouse facility. It includes 36,000 square feet of office space (two levels) and 109,000 square feet of warehouse. A cafeteria of approximately 3,000 square feet is included in the office space. The warehouse includes 9,000 square feet of automated storage and retrieval system.
