Valley Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona is a privately owned and operated behavioral health center with 122 inpatient beds and outpatient program. This project included conversion and renovation of the two-story, 62,000-square-foot nursing home into a behavioral health hospital and construction of a new single‑story, 7,000-square-foot outpatient building.
