The Ridgewood Surgery Center is a new 13-bed Surgery Center located in the rapidly growing northwest section of the city of Wichita. The design of a single nurse station is able to support both the pre-op and the post-op allowing for efficient staffing. Part of the overall development was requisite decontamination and sterile processing, sterile storage, anesthesia workroom, dictation and staff lounge, and change area. Business areas include reception, registration areas, workroom and medical records, and manager’s office.
