Otsego Memorial Hospital

Otsego Memorial Hospital required expansion and improvements in primary clinical services, and wanted new design elements to be added both internally and externally in order to upgrade the overall image. To respond to an immediate need to expand and consolidate clinical services, new spaces were added on the first floor for radiology, laboratory, physical therapy and cardiac rehab. This addition was developed in context with the reconfiguration of cardiopulmonary, a new registration area, a new main lobby and waiting areas. The second floor provided expanded and improved intensive care to respond to the need of adequately sized critical patient care, staff, and material support. Outpatient surgical services were expanded and improved with the addition of four new procedure rooms for minor surgery. This was done in response to increased demand for outpatient treatment and support.
