The Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Springfield dedicated its third columbarium court for Veterans and their families on Friday, March 29, 2019. The new columbarium has 2,560 niches for military veterans. Without the expansion, Missouri State Veterans Cemetery would have run out of niche space.
Gayle Walton, project manager and architect on the project, attended the Ceremony and was able to see how the design will be able to extend the life of the cemetery for years to come.
Along with GLMV, the project team included SK Design Group.
